Frame 번호와 용접 라인 기준으로 손상 위치를 기록한 고해상도 영상과 보고서로 선급 검사를 지원하고, 뉴질랜드 MPI, 호주 DAFF, 브라질 NORMAM 등 입항 규정에 대응합니다.Detailed UWILD-standard inspection of hull, propeller, rudder, sea chests and ICCP anodes. High-resolution video and reports record every finding by frame number and weld line to support class surveys, and meet port requirements such as NZ MPI, Australian DAFF and Brazilian NORMAM.

SURFACE SUPPLIED SYSTEM

작업 전 현장조건과 수심에 맞추어 다이빙 컨트롤 타워를 구성, Diving Control Panel을 통해 잠수사에게 공급되는 호흡기체의 압력과 공급 상태를 지속적으로 관리합니다.Before each job the diving control tower is set up for the site conditions and depth, and the Diving Control Panel continuously manages the pressure and supply status of the breathing gas delivered to the diver.

BREATHING GAS AND CO MONITORING

잠수사는 Umbilical을 통해 수면으로부터 지속적으로 기체를 공급받습니다. 호흡기체 공급계통은 작업 중 지속적으로 관리하며 일산화탄소 측정기(CO Monitor)를 통해 공급 기체 내 CO 농도를 확인하여 안전한 호흡환경을 유지합니다. 또한 주 공급계통과 Backup Gas System을 구성하여 비상상황에도 대응할 수 있도록 준비합니다.The diver receives breathing gas continuously from the surface through the umbilical. The gas supply system is monitored throughout the job, and a CO monitor checks the carbon monoxide level in the supplied gas to keep the breathing environment safe. A backup gas system alongside the main supply prepares us for emergencies.

4-WIRE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

OCEANEERS는 4-Wire Communication System을 활용하여 육상의 잠수감독관과 잠수사 간 실시간 양방향 통신을 유지합니다. 잠수사 간 직접 통신(Diver-to-Diver Communication)도 가능하여 다이버가 동시에 투입되는 작업에서도 작업진행과 위험요소를 즉시 공유할 수 있습니다.A 4-wire communication system keeps real-time two-way voice contact between the diving supervisor topside and the diver. Direct diver-to-diver communication is also available, so when divers are deployed together, progress and hazards are shared immediately.

REAL-TIME VIDEO MONITORING

잠수사가 촬영하는 수중영상을 수면에서 실시간으로 확인합니다. 잠수감독관은 작업상태를 직접 모니터링하며 영상은 작업통제·검사·품질확인 및 작업기록에 활용됩니다.The video captured by the diver is watched live at the surface. The diving supervisor monitors the work directly, and the footage is used for work control, inspection, quality checks and records.

BAILOUT SYSTEM

잠수사는 독립적인 비상용 호흡기체가 충전된 비상공기통(Bailout Cylinder)을 착용합니다. 기체공급에 이상이 발생할 경우 Bailout System을 이용하여 안전하게 작업을 중단하고 복귀할 수 있도록 대비합니다.Every diver wears a bailout cylinder charged with an independent emergency gas supply. If the gas supply fails, the bailout system lets the diver stop work and return safely.

A dedicated tender manages the diver's umbilical at all times, preventing tangles, excess tension and snagging on structures. This supports safe movement and work and keeps our safety management at an international level.

Before every dive we carry out a risk assessment, equipment check, communication check and emergency response planning. Emergency oxygen, an AED, a stretcher and other emergency equipment are always ready on site for a fast, organised response to the unexpected.
